channeling my inner betty draper.

my favorite yellow pleated dress, pearl earrings, cat-eye sunglasses, red lipstick to match my freshly colored ginger hair & peter pan collars.  there is no better combination in my book.  i say i am channeling my inner betty draper (the madmen beauty)...it makes me smile and guarantees a day of happiness.  all i need is a constant repeat of late 1950's & 60's music hour after hour and this girl is good to go.

the flowers are in full bloom here in tennessee...i have always been a lover of all kinds of wildflowers but daisies have always had a special place in my heart.  i think it's the memories from childhood of he loves me...he loves me not.
