in her shoes - a feature with organized mess

so if you couldn't tell i've gotten my days all mixed up and completely forgot to post the fabulous in her shoes features yesterday, so i'm bringing them to you today!  luckily the girls forgave me and  i have two lovely pairs of shoes to share with you all.  first up is the amazingly beautiful chelsea of organized mess!  here is a day in her shoes!

Hey Everybody! I'm Chelsea Elizabeth from Organized Mess! I want to take a second to thank Lindsay for doing this! :)

Well, here's a day in my shoes. (Which would probably be high heels.....)

what motivates you to get your day started?
Just that it's a new day, of course! It's a new day to learn, to make mistakes, to laugh and to be thankful for what we have. Oh, and coffee motivates me as well. ;)

what part of your day do you most look forward to and why?
I think I look forward to the evening the most. That's my time to get a chance to blog, or to read a good book. I love spending time with people more than anything but in the last year or so I have really learned to appreciate the time I have to myself. Lately in the evenings I like to wind down and try some yoga despite being the most unflexible person ever.

what do you like most about where you live?
Anybody that knows me knows that I complain constantly about being surrounded by farms. I think I am meant for the city, but if there is anything that I love about rural Pennsylvania it's the beauty. I am surrounded by mountains and just beautiful scenery.

what part of your day is the most difficult and what do you do to overcome that?
The hardest time of the day is not necessarily when I first wake up but it's about 2 or 3 hours after I wake up. I am usually decent in the morning when I first get up because I always try to be optimistic about a new day but after a few hours at school it hits me how tired I am! I usually try to overcome it by concentrating on what I am currently working on in class. I really don't have a most difficult time of day on the weekends. Haha.

what do you love most about yourself today?
Just like any other girl, this can be a hard question. But these past few months I have really learned to love a lot of things about myself! Not necessarily physical things but other things. Today I love how optimistic I can be. Sometimes I can get down but I always try to be as optimistic as possible. Even when I am sick I just laugh it off or when I am having a bad day I remind myself that things could be worse and that pain doesn't last forever. Optimism is the true key to happiness in my opinion and happiness is what I always want.

"The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain." -Dolly Parton

Thanks again Lindsay! Have a beautiful day everybody.
