my bestie chandra (of the earthfood experiment) and i decided to have a ladies night on friday evening. what completes our ladies night you ask? great conversation, great food and great drinks. i am happy to report that we achieved all of these things :)
we enjoyed a beautiful pineapple basil martini, lettuce wraps appetizer which were beyond amazing, tofu thai entrees (miss chandra went vegan for the season and i am a vegetarian) and a few fabulous desserts (not pictured...doh!!) coconut cake for me and sweet sticky rice and mangoes for her. i talked about my love for thai food not too long ago. my tastebuds never lie...it's still one of my favorites :)
